What is the Sync Health, and how to use it to identify account issues.

Introduction to StatsDrone Sync Health

In this article, you will learn how to monitor the health status of the account synchronisation process for your StatsDrone reports. Additionally, it provides guidance on resolving any issues that may arise during the processing of your connected affiliate accounts.

What is Sync Health?

Sync Health is a feature in StatsDrone designed to help you oversee and manage the synchronisation process of your affiliate statistics. It provides a comprehensive view of the current status, alerts you to any issues, and offers tools to address these problems promptly.

Where can I find Sync Health?

The Sync Health progress bar appears at the top right of the Accounts Dashboard. This progress bar will show you the number of programs you have connected, how many successfully processed, how many are closed and how many require attention.

If there is a sync in progress, you will see a variation of this progress bar telling you how many of your accounts have been synced to our system.

The Health Sync progress bar is broken into the following sections:

Number of programs processed

This tells you how many of your programs successfully processed.

Number of programs that require attention

If there is an issue with any of your connected programs, the Sync Health progress bar will inform you that there are accounts that require attention.

The possible statuses for accounts requiring attention are:

  • Wrong Credentials

  • Closed or temporarily unavailable programs

  • Account frozen

  • Report sync process failed

​Sync Stats button

The Sync Stats button allows you to manually force a re-sync of the stats for all of your accounts.

Manually re-syncing stats has limitations depending on your plan, if this button is unavailable you will have to wait until re-sync is available again, or speak to the support team. This is to prevent excess load on our servers when fetching large amounts of data.

More actions button

Clicking the "more actions" button will provide a drop down of additional actions that you can take with the Sync Health progress, including Opening Sync Health, Allowing you to adjust or set the schedule for automatic sync progressing and opening the status report history.

Open Sync Health

Opening the Sync Health Canvas will display the overall health of your account, and programs that require attention.

Wrong Credentials
