Once you have connected you affiliate program accounts in the StatsDrone you can refresh the report statistics overtime. When you click any connected affiliate program on the StatsDrone main dashboard you will have the options to either “Sync Stats” or “Reset Stats”.
The “Sync Stats” process will retrieve the latest statistics since the last time you have retrieved statistics for this affiliate program until the present time. If you have never retrieved statistics from this affiliate program account before then the process will get all of the data since the report start time that you have set while connecting it.
With the “Reset Stats” option you can select a past date range and then the process will wipe out all of the existing report data in your StatsDrone profile for it and then it will recollect the statistics from scratch again.
While viewing the StatsDrone main dashboard you will have access to the “Sync Stats” button at the top part of the page and you can use it to refresh the report data for all of your currently connected affiliate program accounts all at once.
If you’re using the StatsDrone Pro or Enterprise editions you can use the “Edit Sync Schedule” option which is available on the Settings page in the app to configure automated refreshing of your report data for all of your connected affiliate program accounts at a specific time and intervals of your choosing.
If you’re using the StatsDrone Starter, Pro or Enterprise editions you can use the “Reset all programs” option which is available on the Settings page in the app to wipe all report data for a set period of time and recollect the statistics from scratch again for all of your connected affiliate programs all at the same time.
