If you have an active subscription, you can add a new payment method, switch to a different one, or remove an existing one, all from the Manage Subscription page. Please note that these changes only affect how future payments are processed; they do not modify your current plan or subscription status.
To edit your payment method, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your StatsDrone account.
2. Click on your initials in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select the “Manage Subscription” option.
4. You will see the details of your current plan and payment method. In the payment method section, press the purple button “Update”.
The "Update" button only appears if you have an active subscription and have previously made a payment through the app.
5. You will be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can add a new payment method, change your existing payment method, or update your current payment method. You can also review and update your billing details (company name, address, tax info, etc.) in the same section if needed.
6. Once you have made the changes you want, press the "Save" button. The new payment method will be used for the next billing cycle.
That’s it. Your payment method is now updated. The changes will take effect for the next payment, and no additional actions are required.
