To import affiliate program accounts from a CSV file and create reports out of them you need to go to the Settings page and use the “Bulk-connect from CSV” option which is available under the “Reports” section.

Create a CSV file (.csv extension) in which you can have 3, 4 or 5 values that must be separated by comma (,) delimiter symbols on every row, while every row represents one of your affiliate accounts that will be imported as a separate report in the system. Three of the values are mandatory (affiliate program name, username/API key, password/API ID) while the fourth value (account tags) and the fifth value (account currency) are optional. Tags can be used to provide quick filtering of your accounts in the system and viewing tailored reports based on them (e.g. “USA” tag can be used to filter or search programs only available in the USA). You can add one or more tag values to each of the rows while multiple tags must be separated by plus (+) symbols. If you choose to include the account currency values in your CSV file, make sure that you use their three-letter currency codes to list them. Lastly, note that accounts that will be using username/password authentication and API key/API ID authentication must be imported separately, also affiliate programs that support only API authentication will not be listed in the “Login credentials CSV” import screen and vice versa, so plan for this accordingly while preparing your CSV files.

Login credentials CSV format example:

CasinoLuck,username,password,tag1,eur

Slotland,username,password,tag1+tag2+tag3,usd

Fast Pay Affiliates,username,password,gbp

API credentials CSV format example:

Chilli Partners,api_key,api_id,tag1,btc

Revenue Network,api_key,api_id,eur

MioMedia,api_key,api_id,eur

Note that in the first example above the CasinoLuck account is set with 1 tag, the Slotland account is set with 3 different tags, while the Fast Pay Affiliates one has no tags and all three accounts will be imported with their relevant tag values accordingly.
