Everything you need to know about Seats

This guide explains how to add your team members to your StatsDrone account using our Seats feature and how to control what each person can see and do.

Seats is a feature that gives the owner of a StatsDrone account the possibility to invite team members or collaborators while keeping full control over permissions and visibility. This is incredibly useful when you have employees, analysts, or external partners who only need access to specific accounts, tags, or metrics.

Key things you can do with Seats

  • Invite new users while assigning them admin or analyst roles.

  • Restrict the access that each seat owner has to specific affiliate programs and tags.

  • Hide specific columns or KPIs in reports so they remain invisible to one specific Seat user.

How to add a Seat

  1. Log in to your StatsDrone account.

  2. Click your initials in the top-right corner and select "Seats Management".

  3. Pick a name for the new Seat.

  4. Write the email address of your team member.

  5. Assign them a role (you can choose between Administrator and Analyst).

  6. Click on the Send invitation button.

How to configure each Seat's permissions:

  1. Once you have sent the invitation, you will see the status of that Seat and its permissions. You will also have the option to deactivate it and manage its permissions.

  2. To view and change permissions for a specific seat, click the Restrictions button.

  3. A new menu with the basic information associated with that seat and its current restrictions will display.

  4. Add the accounts and/or tags you want your team member to see.

  5. Select the report metrics you want to hide.

  6. Click on the Confirm button to save your preferences.

That’s it! Your team members will now have secure, tailored access to the data they need.
